Pre-Event​

Every vendor will have a promotional post for their business on both our Facebook page and Instagram page. Please email over an images you would prefer for us to use.

​

To help promote the event across Dubai we would like all vendors to share the Facebook event on their Facebook business page and the social media flyer on their Instagram.

On The Day

Times -

The set up starts from 9:30 am and all tables must be ready to go by 11.30 am. The tables are not reserved and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

What You Need To Bring -

Table Cloth

Trolley (from ikea/dragonmart) to transport your items from the car

Location

​

The Westin Mina Seyahi is based in Duabi Marina (can be found on google maps)

There is no sign outside for the loading bay, if you drive past with The Westin on your right hand side, its the first right after the main entrance. You will need to unload your car in the loading bay and take your items to the market area and then park your car in the multi storey car park at Barasti.
